Welcome to Handles4Furniture.co.uk. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through Handles4Furniture.co.uk. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

  1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order – acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

  1. Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  1. Payment

We accept payment by:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer (for trade accounts)

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed for trade accounts.

  1. Delivery

Standard delivery is 3-5 working days for UK mainland addresses. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Delivery charges:

  • FREE for orders over £50
  • £4.95 for orders under £50
  • £9.95 for express next-day delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

  1. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return items for a refund, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not bespoke or custom-made items

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  1. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Custom-made or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before ordering.

  1. Faulty Items

If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Use of products for purposes other than intended
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, descriptions, and designs, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
